Patient Portal
Patients can access their medical records online. The benefits of having access to your medical records online include:
- View lab and imaging results
- View current medications and number of refills available
- Current list of medical diagnosis
- List of vaccines obtained at the clinic
- Download your medical records for you own files if you so desire

Patients need to be enrolled in the Patient Portal in order to log on.
We have recently changed patient portal as of 4/2022. Your old patient portal on Practice Fusion will still be available to you if you wish to log in to that portal. However, no new updates will occur in patient fusion. As of 4/2022 all patient portal will be conducted through AdvancedMD. To log in, click the link below.
