If you are a NEW patient, please book a NEW patient visit. If you are a NEW patient and schedule online for a telemedicine visit your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled to an in-person visit.


Our online scheduling is done now via AdvancedMD and is synced to our clinic calendar.  For established patients, you will need to register with AdvancedMD.
